how to use ffserver stream my desktop

I wanna stream my desktop use ffserver + ffmpeg, my steps : ' ffserver -f ffserver.conf & '  at another consol \
'ffmpeg -f x11grab -s 160x128' -r 10 -i :0.0 http://localhost:8090/feed1.ffm'   then I get output:

what above "#0.1" I have already commented all Audio entry and set 'No Audio' because I just stream screen,

I use Ubuntu 9.04 jaunty i386 ,and the ffmpeg was used apt-get install

Hello!

I am having the exact problem. I want to stream video only, de-commented the "NoAudio" in the config file and commented all the audio-related stuff in <stream> tag, still it wants audio.

Anybody found an answer to this?
