converting MP4 to WMV

kumar babu
Hi,

This is the first time I'm using ffmpeg. I have to convert MP4 file to Wmv. The command I have used and the result is as below. Please help me out.

[root@localhost ffmpeg-checkout-2007-12-17]#  ffmpeg -y -i ../Test.mp4  -b 80 -ar 8000 -ab 12  -vcodec  wmv1 -acodec wmav1 out.wmv
FFmpeg version SVN-r11246, Copyright (c) 2000-2007 Fabrice Bellard, et al.
  configuration: --enable-encoder=libamr_nb
  libavutil version: 49.6.0
  libavcodec version: 51.49.0
  libavformat version: 52.2.0
  built on Dec 19 2007 20:42:38, gcc: 4.1.2 20070502 (Red Hat 4.1.2-12)
Seems stream 1 codec frame rate differs from container frame rate: 30000.00 (30000/1) -> 15.00 (15/1)
Input #0, mov,mp4,m4a,3gp,3g2,mj2, from '../Test.mp4':
  Duration: 00:00:10.0, start: 0.000000, bitrate: 397 kb/s
    Stream #0.0(und): Audio: samr / 0x726D6173, 8000 Hz, mono
    Stream #0.1(und): Video: mpeg4, yuv420p, 320x240 [PAR 1:1 DAR 4:3], 15.00 tb(r)
WARNING: The bitrate parameter is set too low. It takes bits/s as argument, not kbits/s
WARNING: The bitrate parameter is set too low. It takes bits/s as argument, not kbits/s
Output #0, asf, to 'out.wmv':
    Stream #0.0(und): Video: wmv1, yuv420p, 320x240 [PAR 1:1 DAR 4:3], q=2-31, 0 kb/s, 15.00 tb(c)
    Stream #0.1(und): Audio: wmav1, 8000 Hz, mono, 0 kb/s
Stream mapping:
  Stream #0.1 -> #0.0
  Stream #0.0 -> #0.1
Error while opening codec for output stream #0.1 - maybe incorrect parameters such as bit_rate, rate, width or height

Read the above 2 lines. See anything weird? Then read about the units
for -b and -ab.
