VFR jpg files to live streaming video

xiaofeng
Hi,

I have JPG files which are received in real time, and need to convert to
video and streaming out.

The problem is that the input rate is variable, from 0.5~2, very similar to
this
http://www.ffmpeg-archive.org/VFR-jpg-files-to-MJPEG-video-td4663659.html
 and
https://video.stackexchange.com/questions/25811/ffmpeg-make-video-with-non-constant-framerate-from-image-filenames,
the very difference is that the files are received in real time.

Is there any proper way to do this? Imaging some way like combining
concat(from pipe) and ts_from_file?

Thanks and regards.
