Using FFmpeg for light correction of recorded videos.

I have MPEG-2 videos, recorded from DVB-S, which sometimes have incorrect timestamps in it, sometimes have broken frames, etc.

Is it possible to make FFmpeg to correct these videos without complete re-encoding video- and audio streams in them?

All clips are MPEG-2 program stream, created by my application, which by itself uses libav*

I'd like FFmpeg to change timestamps in these videos, skip apparently broken or extra frames, etc.,  so that, for example, it could be possible to correctly determine durations and bitrates.

It shouldn't re-encode video- or audio-streams.
