I've a low framerated video file, recorded at 24 fps. I need change its framerate to 60 fps, but with smooth playback style adding. Can u help me to do this on my nvenc. Thanks.

Hello there,

What you're looking for is the minterpolate video filter. See its'
documentation here:

http://ffmpeg.org/ffmpeg-filters.html#minterpolate

Provide a snippet of how you call up ffmpeg and I'll show you how to insert
the video filter.
