You need to willing to compromise on at least one front… Fast + small + high fidelity would be ideal but not possible in reality, something has to give.

Hello,

You can use "-qscale 0" or "-q:a" option to maintain the quality.

First, you need to stop "top posting" (look it up if necessary).

Second, you need to be patient- this is not a paid support service. Some of
the most knowledgeable people live in Europe and may be either asleep or
working their day jobs right now.

Third, research what the various command options, such as -cfr do. "compress
and Maintain quality and convert without taking too much time" it may be
impossible to achieve all of those together. Generally speaking,
high-quality compression takes longer than low-quality, and
quickly-performed high-quality compression makes larger output files.

Forth, include in email the full commands you've already tried _with_ the
complete text output of them, and explain why they don't do what you want.
(And if you're using a version of ffmpeg older than a few months, the first
thing many people will tell you is to update to the current version, so you
might as well do that now.)

Later,

z!

Try to find the original source, I’m positive you are trying to work with a stream with many, many duplicated frames.

Re: Fast Conversion with compressed size and maintain Quality

AMIT KUMAR
Yes i have the original source file which is in .webm and then i  am using
503148.webm -preset ultrafast -max_muxing_queue_size 999999 503148_inn.mp4
After that mute video extracting audio and merge that audio file in one
that i have a audio file then we merge the audio and video then it creates
503148_inn.mp4 which one i shared through link.
Then i need to compress, maintain quality and do that process fast.

Re: Fast Conversion with compressed size and maintain Quality

Yuntaek Lim
Hi Amit,

Do you have expected the minimum rate of reducing filesize and processing
time?
If you want maintain the quality, use low value of "crf" such as 18 to 20.
The preset "ultrafast" provide fast encoding but lower compression rate.
I suggest you decided the target filesize and the processing time. Then,
you try to find the value of "crf" and the value of "preset" which
satisfying you.
 "-i 503148_inn.mp4 -codec:a copy -preset ultrafast -vcodec h264 -crf 20
503148.mp4"
Preset values are listed on "https://trac.ffmpeg.org/wiki/Encode/H.264".
