I would take a guess that the material is J2K given the filtergraph part
of the comment, and perhaps in a different layout than that expected.

Thanks for letting us know, but you provided no useful information so it
is not possible to provide an answer.
You need to show enough info so that we can duplicate the issue. A a
minimum this includes your actual command, the complete console output,
and a small sample file if it is required to duplicate the issue.

thank you Carl, its decoding now. i want to keep the same bitrate. Also when im trying to add 2 audio file to my video its giving me the below error. Can you help me with the command to 2add these 2 audio files and keep the same bitrate

Apparently (from all *I* can tell), ffmpeg can't recognize the audio
streams in those files. It might be worth opening a ticket at
https://trac.ffmpeg.org/ and attaching one of the audio files.
